(Fitness, Fun and Fellowship)
The 3Fs group is set up primarily for the elderly and disabled. Its objective is to help individuals improve

The session ends with a lunch.
The church has a large lift to all floors, there is a toilet for the disabled on each floor and the larger rooms have an audio
All our trainers are fully qualified and insured. Our senior staff have had criminal background checks enabling
them to work with vulnerable adults.
The group started in July 2010. Both men and women attend and the vast
majority are in their 80s with a few well into their 90s. There are now two
groups running every Wednesday. The group normally has a weekly attendance of
40 to 45.
For all our groups, when someone arrives for the first session, there is no charge. It is an opportunity to view what is done,
to meet the people and to saviour the atmosphere. There is a £6.00 charge for subsequent sessions,
which is totally inclusive of drinks, exercise and meal.
Every effort is made to help those who are unable to use public transport. Where transport is provided,
a £1 each way charge is made.
